Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SavvyCle Tutoring, we strive to provide excellent service and support to our valued clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund or cancellation. Please review our policy below:

 

Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are only available if you cancel your tutoring session more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

If your cancellation request is within 24 hours of the session time, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

 

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please email us at support@savvycle.com
  • Locate the transaction related to your tutoring session and request for a refund.
  • Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect the date and time to ensure it aligns with our refund policy.
  • Upon approval, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
  • Please note that the refund will be applied to your original method of payment, such as your credit card account.
  • Refunds typically take up to 3-7 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank and checkout refund processing time.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you have followed the refund process outlined above and have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact the SavvyCle Support Team at support@savvycle.com.

We will promptly investigate the matter and work to resolve any issues to ensure you receive the appropriate refund.
